PATCH REQUIREMENTS:  AoH 2.8.7, GrandPrix 2.8.7, 
                     chan_pika 3.8.4

REASON FOR RELEASE:  See issues resolved below.

FILES AFFECTED:      Requires build and re-flash of persistent and ramdisk 
                     images

COMMENTS:            Combines AoH 2.8.7, GrandPrix 2.8.7 and chan_pika
                     3.8.4

ISSUES RESOLVED

--------------- Issues resolved in PADS 2.2.3 -----------------------

7998: Unable to build PADS 2.2.0.56 on Ubuntu 9.10 

- Enforce the use of the bash shell.

8010: 2.1.1 make clean is broken for skeleton

- Have the skeleton-clean directive just echo that this is not allowed and 
what they should do instead

8075: 2.2.1.1 fails to build with images error

- Fixed the install command that needed a destination file location

8084: unable to rebuild PADS 2.2.1.1 if it fails to build 

- Added a check to see if the folder exists and not try to create it.

8117: Using PADS 2.2.1.1 a 'make all' will fail.

- Correct errors in install directives that cause build failures in Ubuntu

8174: cannot call make twice on asterisk 

- Added check of directory existence before moves and creation.

8163: Starting Asterisk on reboot disables all logging 

- Ensure that the permissions are set to 777 on the log directory.


--------------- Issues resolved in PADS 2.2.2 -----------------------

8071: If /var/log/pika does not exist, GrandPrix and AoH will not collect debug logs

- Create directories for logging based on PKH_LOGS_DIR and PKX_LOGS_DIR variables 
  if it exists otherwise create the default folder, /var/log/pika
 
8074: Reduce polling delay of the radio to 1 second

- The polling delay was 2 seconds which added a noticeable delay. 
  The polling delay is now 1 second.

----------------- Issues resolved in AoH 2.8.6 ------------------

7825: -	Asterisk (and astmanproxy) consumes large portions of RAM.  

- Stack size control has been added for BRI/Netbricks threads. Also, the
stack size has been changed for the astmanproxy threads..
